Major Upgrade at PartsGopher.com

PartsGopher.com and DistraNet have recently implemented a major upgrade to our online store to improve customers shopping experience. These changes are mostly subtle improvements to the core technology behind our store plus more obvious changes like the new checkout process and live chat. We listened to your suggestions and will continue to improve PartsGopher.com while adding more in-stock Parker products that you use and need.

  • Completely NEW Checkout – Our checkout has been completely redesigned to make sure you know exactly where you are in the process and present your options in the same logical order that you shop anywhere.
  • Pay with PayPal – You can now pay with your PayPal account.  This is tightly integrated with our site so you never leave PartsGopher.com.
  • Request for Quote – We’ve added the option to request a quote on the checkout page for those that need a hard copy quote prior to placing an order.  Your quote can be later accessed on your My Account page, re-ordered, merged or added to. Another good reason to be a registered customer.
  • Live Chat – Customers can now ask question via a Live Chat with our customer service representatives.
  • Mobile Friendly Responsive Design – Now shop just as easily form your mobile device away from your desk where you need PartsGopher.com.
  • Even More Secure Shopping on PartsGopher.com
    • PCI Council Certified Payment Application – We’ve adopted all the new requirements of PCI DSS 3.1 standards that are required to be implemented to insure customer credit card security.
    • HTTPS Everywhere – Every page (both browsing pages and shopping pages) uses the more secure encrypted HTTPS protocol verified by GeoTrust to protect your shopping and browsing.
    • Authorize.Net Certified and Verified Solution Store – Authorize.Net's Customer Information Manager (CIM) allows you to securely store your payment information in your online wallet on PCI DSS secure servers. But, only if you choose this option. This significantly speeds up and simplifies checkout for registered customers.
  • Other New Features
    • New My Account page for managing account information, addresses, order history and saved carts.
    • Proceed to Checkout directly from the Mini-Cart while shopping.
    • Added UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option on checkout page.
    • Part number count vs. product count in Shop Department navigation.
